Quilter Cheviot has bolstered its business development team in London as the investment firm and wealth manager looks to strengthen its presence in the capital.
Experienced sales professionals Brian Donald and Tom Kesterton have both joined Quilter Cheviot’s London office during the past month.
The news comes shortly after David Butler’s promotion to strategic accounts director, and the recent appointments of Jonathan Buttress and Edward Walker as regional development managers.
Mr Donald previously worked for AXA Wealth as a business development manager and will be responsible for Quilter Cheviot’s business development activities in central London.
Meanwhile, Mr Kesterton joins from Artemis fund managers, where he was head of sales support and a sales executive.
Both Mr Donald and Mr Kesterton will report to Andrew McGlone, managing director of London Investment Management, who said: “Our latest appointments reflect Quilter Cheviot’s aim to provide the highest level of service to our current introducers, as well as continuing to seek out new financial advisers to work with our London-based investment managers.
“We are delighted to recruit both Brian and Tom to our London team. Both are experienced financial services sales professionals and are more than capable of helping us to achieve these goals.”
