City Financial has acquired OPM Fund Management, City Financial's fifth acquisition in the past six months.
City Financial's team of fund managers have assumed investment management responsibility across OPM's £75m fund range.
Mark Harris, head of the CF multi-asset team, will manage the EFA OPM Worldwide Opportunities Fund and EFA OPM Diversified Target Return Fund.
Leigh Himsworth, head of UK equities at CF, will manage the EFA OPM UK Equity Fund and EFA OPM Equity High Income Fund. Mr Himsworth currently manages the CF Eden Select Opportunities Fund.
OPM Fund Management's Tony Yousefian will continue to manage the EFA OPM Fixed Interest Fund and become lead manager of the EFA OPM Property Fund.

The team will also manage the range of OPM model portfolios which were created for the Parmenion platform.
