Tickets selling fast for IFP Annual Conference
Financial Planners looking to attend the IFP Conference on 1-3 October should act fast as on-site accommodation is now sold out.
Overnight accommodation at the Celtic Manor Resort Hotel in Newport, South Wales, host of the conference, is sold out as are all-inclusive packages for accommodation and three days at the conference.
There are still day and dinner packages available and 'pick and mix' packages for those wishing to attend specific days of the conference. In line with previous years, the IFP expects these tickets will sell out by the first week of September.
Other hotels are available in the vicinity of the Celtic Manor if required by delegates.
Nick Cann, chief executive of the IFP, said: "Our conference theme of Inspiring Trust could not be more appropriate given the current environment.
"With this being our last opportunity for the Financial Planning profession to gather before the RDR, it'll be intriguing to hear from the leaders of the profession from the UK and many from overseas who are attending this event to hear how they are preparing for the opportunities that this change will undoubtedly bring.
"We've got great speakers and sessions lined up which will help to inspire delegates to success in 2013 and beyond."
Speakers at this year's conference include Carl Richards from Behavior Gap and Jacqueline Gold, chief executive of Ann Summers.
Details of the full conference programme and speakers over the three days are available on the IFP website at www.financialplanning.org.uk/annual-conference
