Financial Planner Online now on Twitter
Financial Planner Online is now live on the social media service Twitter. From now on the site will be tweeting all the latest Financial Planning news at @FPM_Online.
Followers can expect to receive all the latest member news from the IFP as well as major financial and Financial Planning stories from our website each day.
The new profile complements the feed from the @IFP_UK.
We will also be tweeting regular updates from the upcoming IFP conference from 3 to 5 October so if you can’t attend there is no reason to miss out on what’s happening.
The conference even has its own hashtag so follow #IFP25 to make sure you’re receiving all the latest news.
Financial Planner editor Kevin O’Donnell said: “Our new Twitter service will give readers and other users an invaluable daily news service at no cost, enabling them to keep up with the daily news stories on our site.
“For those not using Twitter yet, it’s a good time to sign up to receive the service and also explore the many Twitter services from the IFP and other Financial Planning sources of information. We welcome feedback on the service so sign up and let us know what you think.”
Twitter is a form of social media which has seen a surge in popularity in recent years and is a great source for keeping up to date with news and making contact with fellow planners and wealth managers.
It is a microblogging website enabling users to send and receive messages of 140 characters each time. Around 65m tweets are sent each day around the world.
If you are already on Twitter, search @FPM_Online and say hello to us. If not, then now is the time to sign up for free at twitter.com
