AFH Financial Group, the rapidly growing wealth manager founded by a Chartered Financial Planner, has bought a Hull-based financial advisory group for £10m in its largest ever acquisition, the group says.

Consolidator AFH has snapped up a Kent-based IFA firm CWP Financial in an £840,000 deal.

AFH, the Financial Planning-led wealth management firm, expects its revenue for the full year to top £50m for the first time, up 49% year on year.

AFH, the acquisitive Chartered Financial Planner-led business, is to take over Harrogate-based Premier Wealth Management in a deal worth up to £4.5m.
