Alltrust has partnered with Platform One to launch a white-label investment and custody platform.

The sale of failed firm Rowanmoor Personal Pensions Limited (RPPL) to SIPP and SSAS provider Alltrust completed on Friday 3 March 2023 following exchange of contracts in December 2022. 

Guernsey-based trust and pension company the UAP Group (UAP) has acquired SIPP provider Alltrust Services and has backed Alltrust's acquisition today of failed firm Rowanmoor Personal Pensions.

SIPP and SSAS provider Alltrust has acquired failed firm Rowanmoor Personal Pensions Limited (RPPL) which went into administration in the summer after a flood of complaints to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
