Investment platform CMC Invest has launched a flat fee SIPP in partnership with Quai Investment Services.

The FCA has cancelled the Part 4A permissions of Liverpool-based claims management company MJL Focus Marketing (FRN 837145) after concluding that it was not a “a fit and proper person.”

The Financial Conduct Authority has rejected an application for authorisation from a Claims Management Company which has been in business since 2006.

The FCA will seek to ban failed financial services firms from working with Claims Management Companies (CMCs) to target former clients.
