Citizens Advice has criticised the FCA over its response to the so-called loyalty penalty super-complaint.

Nearly 6 million people would be willing to pay for financial advice if it cost less, new consumer research has suggested.

The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) has said loyal consumers are being “exploited” by firms.
