The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) is investigating the completed acquisition of GBST Holdings Limited by FNZ (Australia) Bidco Pty Ltd.

FNZ, the fintech firm behind several UK platforms, has completed the takeover of Australian rival GBST Holdings, a provider of technology to capital markets and the wealth management sector.

FNZ Group has completed the acquisition of leading German investment platform company ebase (European Bank for Financial Services) from Comdirect Bank in a transaction worth €154 million. 

Investment platform provider FNZ has taken a stake of 9.1% in the diverse financial services group Embark as part of a five year commercial partnership extension.
