A Financial Planner jailed last week for a sexual assault and other offences has seen his directorship terminated at his company but remains a majority shareholder and the firm is still in operation this week.

A Financial Planner locked up for a sex offence this week has been axed from the FCA register and VouchedFor’s database.

The owner of a Financial Planning business has been jailed for seven years for a number of offences including sexual assault.
