The FCA has appointed two new financial advice bosses.

New research has found that 21% of adults say they would be put away an extra £134 a month on average if they could get financial advice – the equivalent of more than £1,600 per annum.

Women find the world of financial services “aggressively masculine” and this factor deters them from seeking financial advice or buying financial products, according to a new report from research firm Kantar.

A third (34%) of British adults say that economic uncertainty has impacted their thinking on retirement saving and nearly a third (30%) are concerned about the impact of Brexit on their retirement.
