Private equity investor Pollen Street Capital is to acquire SIPPs and Financial Planning firm Mattioli Woods in a £432m deal announced today.

SIPP and Financial Planning firm Mattioli Woods has reported pre-tax profits leapt 60% to £7.6m in the six months ended 30 November 2023.

Wealth manager and Financial Planner Mattioli Woods said pretax profits leapt 48% to £11.9m in the year to 31 May as it continued on its acquisition path.

Advice and Financial Planning assets grew 6.5% to £11.4bn at wealth manager and Financial Planner Mattioli Woods for the year ending 31 May.
