Acquisitive wealth manager and Financial Planner Kingswood is to raise a further £6m from investors to meet its debt obligations on previous acquisitions.

David Lawrence, the CEO of fast growing wealth manager and Financial Planner Kingswood Holdings, has quit.

Wealth manager and Financial Planner Kingswood Group said profits climbed £3m or 37.9% to £10.8m in 2023.

Bryan Parkinson, head of Financial Planning at Punter Southall Aspire, has been appointed managing director, head of wealth planning at Kingswood.
