The CISI has reported that 80% of candidates passed the latest CISI Level 6 Advanced Financial Planning exam which leads to the UK’s highest Financial Planning certification.

A Financial Planner in Scotland and a trainee Financial Planner in West Yorkshire have become the first two to achieve the UK’s new highest level Financial Planning qualification.

The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment, the body which awards the Certified Financial Planner qualification, has announced the first three people to pass its new-style Level 6 exam in Advanced Financial Planning.

The Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment is to relaunch its Certified Financial Planner designation with a new pathway which will move the qualification up from Level 6 to Level 7.
