Wealth manager Waverton’s merger - announced in the spring with rival London & Capital to form a £19bn AUM wealth management business - has completed after being approved by the FCA.

Wealth manager Waverton is to merge with rival London & Capital to form a £17bn AUM wealth management business.

Financial services-focused US private equity firm Lovell Minnick Partners (LMP) is to acquire a majority stake in London-based wealth manager London & Capital. 

National advice firm Foster Denovo Group has acquired part of London & Capital’s UK Wealth business, it was revealed today.
