The Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) is seeking customers of two linked, regulated firms based in London, Cavendish Incorporated Ltd and Marvell Enterprises Limited.

Eight regulated firms which appear to be connected have gone into liquidation following FCA action.

Marvell Enterprises Limited has been declared under investigation by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS).

The FCA has barred another credit broker suspected of offering investments as concern grows about a network of credit brokers misusing their permissions.
