Client assets at wealth manager and SIPP provider Mattioli Woods rose 42% to £15.1bn over the six months ending 30 November 2021.

Wealth management and SIPP firm Mattioli Woods has completed its deal to acquire private equity firm and alternative asset manager Maven Capital Partners UK LLP.

Mattioli Woods has acquired a private equity firm and a major Financial Planning business in a £110m deal.

A Financial Planning firm is looking to expand and take on more staff after it received a £200,000 investment from the Midlands Engine Investment Fund.
