Xafinity Punter Southall has unveiled a new identity and will now operate under the XPS Pensions Group name.

Xafinity Punter Southall, the pensions consultant and Sipp provider, has announced the appointment of Simeon Willis as chief investment officer.

Punter Southall Aspire, the investment and savings business, has made a ‘strategic investment’ in Lexikin Limited, a so-called ’digital executor’ business which helps clients store personal details of their life online.

Xafinity, the pensions consultant and Sipp provider, has revealed plans today to buy several divisions from rival Punter Southall Holdings for up to £153m.
