Fund manager Marlborough has launched an investment platform for financial advisers and their clients with an annual charge of 0.2%.

London-based The Marlborough Group has appointed Mike Mumford as business development manager for the firm’s discretionary fund management business, Marlborough Investment Management.

Parmenion has partnered with Russell Investments to enable advisers to invest in a suite of 10 discretionary managed and risk-rated Russell Investments model portfolios through the Parmenion platform.

Parmenion, the DFM and platform technology provider, has cut its initial fee and initial dealing charges to zero for all new business and top ups, it announced today.
