A new survey has revealed that many under-35s have an unrealistic expectation of when they will be able to afford to retire, with many expecting to quit work by 60.

Research into the under-35s has revealed widespread ignorance of the pensions freedoms, two years on from the changes, with 7m saying they know “nothing” about the pension revolution.
