A lack of advice for pension savers risks destroying the flexibilities offered by the Pension Freedoms, according to a new report from MPs on the Work and Pensions Select Committee.

The Work and Pensions Select Committee has launched an investigation into pension scams as part of its inquiry into pension freedoms.

The Financial Conduct Authority says it "wholly rejects" the conclusion of the Work and Pension Committee about its actions on BSPS.
