AFH Financial Group, the rapidly growing wealth manager founded by a Chartered Financial Planner, has bought a Hull-based financial advisory group for £10m in its largest ever acquisition, the group says.

AFH, the expanding Financial Planning-focused advisory firm founded by a Chartered Financial Planner, has bought Yorkshire Chartered Financial Planning firm Thomas Heald in a deal worth £5m.

Berry & Oak, a newly-rebranded firm of Chartered Financial Planners set up by a husband and wife team, has held its launch event in Hazlewood Castle, a luxury hotel near Leeds.
