Expanding global specialist wealth manager Zedra is to acquire LJ Fiduciary and Alvarium Private Office (APO), a private client firm with offices in the Isle of Man, Geneva and the UK.

Trustee and governance service provider PTL Governance is to become Zedra Governance from 18 July after its acquisition by Zedra in December 2021.
