Four people have been arrested as part of a HM Revenue and Customs investigation into a multi-million pound phone scam.

The Serious Fraud Office, working in conjunction with the Financial Conduct Authority, has opened an investigation into individuals associated with failed £236m mini-bond firm London Capital & Finance Plc.
