The Chartered Insurance Institute is piloting a partial revamp of the R06 Financial Planning Practice unit exam.

The Quilter Financial Adviser School (QFAS) has launched a new Level 6 Financial Planning in Retirement (FPIR) qualification provided by the London Institute of Banking and Finance (LIBF).

The CFA Institute, the global professional body for investment management professionals, has reported that 73,688 candidates took its Level I Chartered Financial Analyst exam worldwide in December with 42% passing (32,628).

CFA UK, the professional body for Chartered Financial Analysts, is to launch of a new qualification in ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) investing which will be available to investment professionals later this year.
