More than £26bn in pension pots is ‘missing’ because savers have lost track of their retirement pots, according to new analysis.

The Investment Association, the fund managers' trade body, has launched a new tool to help investors find lost assets.

New research for the ABI has found that up to 1.6m people may be losing out on £19.4bn in unclaimed pensions when they move house.
