Financial Planners expect little impact from the Government’s plans to move England into tougher Coronavirus pandemic restrictions.

Practitioners say that overall the FCA handled the pandemic well, according to an independent survey.

Nearly 4 in 10 consumers (39%) say they are are more likely to buy protection insurance as a result of their experiences during the pandemic, particularly the impact on others.

The upheaval caused by the Coronavirus pandemic has spurred many over 55s to change their retirement plans with 22% aiming to bring forward their retirement date.
