The FCA has warned regulated firms to take steps to ensure they comply with government sanctions on Russian investments and doing business with Russia.

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has warned firms about potential financial crime risks linked to the latest developments in Afghanistan.

The FCA has today published Decision Notices in respect of three firms and five individuals who it says acted “without integrity” over pension transfers which affected 2,000 customers and £76m in pension assets.
