Seven Investment Management (7IM) has appointed Chris Phillips as its chief client officer.
Mr Phillips will assume responsibility for the firm’s marketing, proposition and digital and client experience.
7IM says he brings “a wealth of financial services experience” after joining from Lloyds Bank plc where he was personal current account products director.
Prior to this he held a number of senior financial services roles, including at Barclays where he was head of retail segments customer experience.
