Aviva and Just Retirement are latest sponsors of the IFP
Aviva and Just Retirement have been announced as the latest sponsors of the Institute of Financial Planning.
Both organisations will be working alongside the IFP and its members to help promote deeper understanding of the investment and technical marketplace, products and technical issues.
Nick Cann, chief executive of the IFP, said: "It's great news for us that both Aviva and Just Retirement have made this commitment to the Financial Planning profession. It is further recognition of the quality of the membership of the IFP at a time when so much change is affecting the broader adviser market."
Andy Beswick, intermediary director at Aviva, said: "We are absolutely committed to the intermediary market and the sponsorship of the IFP is further testament to this.
"We are proud to be working with the IFP and supporting Financial Planners and Paraplanners through this important time as we evolve towards a new era for financial advice."
Stephen Lowe, group external affairs and customer insight director at Just Retirement, said: "As a specialist company focused on improving the income of people at or approaching retirement, Just Retirement is pleased to be working with IFP, sharing our expertise and discussing the changing retirement environment and what it means for both Planners and their clients."
