Book soon for third IFP Paraplanner conference
The Institute of Financial Planning is recommending Paraplanners book soon for this year's Paraplanner conference as there is less than a month to go and tickets are selling fast.
The conference, the third to be held by the IFP, is being held at Chesford Grange Hotel in Warwick.
The exclusive conference will take place on 23 May and will be preceded by a dinner at the hotel on 22 May.
Speakers include Justin Urqhuart Stewart from Seven Investment Management, Mark Polson from the lang cat and Michelle Hoskin from Standards International. Topics include operational best practice, communication skills, portfolio construction and tax.
There will also be various outsourced and in-house Paraplanners giving their views on the industry and tips for success.

These include Richard Allum CFPCM, chairman of the IFP's Paraplanning committee, Cathi Harrison from Para-Sols and Abraham Okusanya from Finalytiq.
A common concern of Paraplanners is there are few opportunities to meet other Paraplanners so the conference is a great chance to network and meet peers. The conference is just one of the ways the IFP demonstrates their commitment to the Paraplanner community. It also has the Certificate in Paraplanning qualification, a Paraplanner on its Board and a Paraplanning committee.
The session is accredited for 5.5hrs of structured CPD by the IFP.
Prices cost £165 for all-inclusive package including dinner and accommodation or £67.50 for the conference only.
