Chartered Financial Planner reveals expansion plans
Informed Choice, an award-winning firm of Chartered Financial Planners in Surrey, has announced plans to expand the business into Hampshire, with the opening of a new office in Petersfield.
The new site, Holders Barn, forms part of a new mixed development in Station Road, Petersfield.
Informed Choice signed a lease on the office yesterday, ahead of a grand opening that evening by Petersfield Mayor Hilary Ayer.
Informed Choice Financial Planning director Shelley McCarthy, who lives in Petersfield, will become head of the new office, working there alongside two other Financial Planners.
The firm says the expansion comes during a period of “rising demand for Financial Planning services” from the 24-year old business.
Informed Choice said fee revenue rose by 10.2% in its latest company year ending 31 July, with net profit up 32% during the same period.
Ms McCarthy said: “Petersfield is a fantastic location for an expansion of our independent Financial Planning services and we are fortunate to have secured an office suite at Holders Barn.
“We already have a good relationship with clients and professional connections in Hampshire, and look forward to building more relationships there over the coming years.
“It’s a really exciting time for the Financial Planning profession and for Informed Choice specifically.”
She added: “Petersfield is underserved by Financial Planners at the moment and we look forward to becoming well known in the town by replicating our success in Cranleigh.”
