Chartered Financial Planners win gold at awards
True Bearing Chartered Financial Planners, has won 'Gold Employer of the Year' at the Investors In People Awards.
The Chorley-based firm scooped the gong in the 50 to 249 employees category.
It celebrates the best people management practices amongst Investors In People accredited businesses.
The 2018 winners were announced at a ceremony and dinner at the Roundhouse, London.
True Bearing was the first independent Financial Planners in the UK to achieve the Gold Standard Investors in People award and has held the status for seven consecutive years.
The firm, which has just celebrated 15 years in business, has seen continuous growth and now employs 64 staff at its Euxton offices and has plans for further growth in 2019.
The company says senior management have concentrated efforts on developing existing employees and recruiting talented staff to join their team in order to "future-proof" the business.
