CISI increases exam and membership prices
The CISI has announced it will increase prices by 5% across the majority of products, including exams, study materials and membership.
The prices for 2017/18 were decided “after careful consideration”, the organisation told members, in a message from chief executive Simon Culhane Chartered FCSI.
In an email, he said: “Although our exam prices have had small increases in recent years, this is the first time in a number of years that we have increased the membership and workbook prices to reflect the enhanced products.
“Our price structure is now clearer and provides increased value.
“The cost of an SPS for members remains unchanged and, as always, there will be a window in which bookings will be processed at the current prices.”
The new price for a workbook will include a PDF workbook and interactive ebook, where available, and postage to mainland UK addresses, the message said.
2016/17 prices will apply to:
• Exams sat by 31 March 2017
• Exams booked by 28 February for sittings from 1 April 2017
• Workbooks purchased by 31 March 2017
• QRFs purchased by 31 March 2017
2017/18 prices will apply to:
• Exams booked from 1 March 2017 for sittings from 1 April 2017
• Workbooks purchased from 1 April 2017
• QRFs purchased from 1 April 2017
