Wealth manager and Financial Planning firm Evelyn Partners has appointed directors in Financial Planning to its London and Cheshire offices.
Former Santander banker Gurdeep Saini has been appointed to the London office, while wealth manager Robert Skilling has joined the Knutsford office in Cheshire from RBC Brewin Dolphin.
The firm said the new joiners’ wealth management and private banking experience will support growth of its ‘Total Wealth Management’ proposition, where clients are supported by the dual expertise of a Financial Planner and investment manager.
Ms Saini has more than 25 years of experience in wealth management and private banking in the UK and Canada. Most recently, she spent 17 years in Santander’s Private Banking division in the UK, where she advised high-net-worth clients with complex Financial Planning needs.
In her new role, she will help clients achieve their long-term goals while adapting to their personal and financial circumstances.
Ms Saini said: “I’m looking forward to building on the work the firm has done to support women as they grow their wealth over the course of their lives. Helping women navigate the unique financial challenges they can encounter, take control of their money and embrace what’s next is something that strongly resonates with my own life experiences.”
Robert Skilling has more than 30 years’ experience in financial services working in wealth management and private banking, during which he has managed teams, advised clients and helped coach the next generation of planners. He joins from RBC Brewin Dolphin, where he spent eight years advising private clients.
Mr Skilling said: “I’m looking forward to leading the Financial Planning team in Knutsford and have already received fantastic support from colleagues. It’s clear there is a strong culture of collaboration here.”
The sale by equity firm Permira and minority owner Warburg Pincus is expected to complete in the summer of 2026.
