Expanding Quilter acquires three Financial Planning firms
Quilter Private Client Advisers has snapped up three more Financial Planning firms, as it continues its expansion.
Quilter revealed it has bought Eastgate Financial Management, Holdaway Johnson and Clive C Aitkenhead Financial Consultant, taking the number of firms acquired this year by the national advice business to 11.
Clients of Cheltenham-based, Eastgate, will be serviced from Quilter Private Client Advisers’ Birmingham office, while Holdaway
Johnson, based in Surrey, will be aligned to the London office.
Clients of Blackburn-based firm, Aitkenhead, will now be serviced by Quilter Private Client Advisers’ Chester office.
David Irving, Clive Aitkenhead and Charles Holdaway, the respective owners of Eastgate, Aitkenhead and Holdaway Johnson will each retire after helping with the “smooth transition” of the businesses to Quilter Private Client Advisers.
