Financial Planner launches coaching and life skills academy
Tina Weeks of Serenity Financial Planning has launched a new training academy for Financial Planners who are looking to adopt a relationship-based approach to their advice.
Ms Weeks told Financial Planning Today that she has teamed up with executive coach Julian Danobeitia of Down the Corridor, to launch the training academy.
The academy, called Know Thyself, will help Financial Planners incorporate coaching and life planning skills into their work.
It will provide training and development through relevant content, specially-designed learning programmes, events and access to subject matter experts.
The training programmes have been designed to be in alignment with other coaching/life planning programmes. They will also provide fundamental learning for those who have no previous experience or training.
Programmes will be externally audited and evaluated by providers who currently assess quality assurance for degree level coaching programs at UK universities.
Free introductory sessions are being offered through the Know Thyself Facebook community in advance of the launch of formal training programmes.
