Financial Planning firm LEBC has won a prestigious professional award.

The firm scooped the the Intelliflo e-Adviser of the Year award 2019 at a recent ceremony.

The award is made on the basis of scores secured across a range of measures, including data quality, use of document designer, income reconciliation, client portal interaction and valuations.

Paul Hennessy, group operations manager at LEBC, was presented with the gong by Hamish Purdey, chief executive of Intelliflo, at the annual Change the Game Conference in London, which was attended by an audience of more than 800 financial professionals.

LEBC was recognised as the highest scoring company in the UK, securing maximum marks in four out of the five categories.

Mr Hennessy said: “This is a fantastic result and represents the strongest vindication of everybody’s hard work in maintaining the quality of client records on IO (‘Intelligent Office’) and our commitment to data integrity.

“It shows that the processes and practices we have in place deliver great results and I’m very proud of the maximum 100/100 score we secured for the Personal Finance Portal.

“The Portal is at the heart of the way in which we will interact with our clients in the future and the score represents both the number of active clients, their level of engagement and the number of messages and documents that are being shared.

“It was terrific to be recognised as the best in the country in an industry-wide gathering of this nature, other IO firms in particular, and I look forward to building on this record when the integration of all LEBC data is complete later this year.”
