Board member Simon Cole said: "Old Mill's turnover has grown by at least 10% a year since 2007 and our performance in 2014 continued this positive trend, thanks to a healthy mix of new clients and providing extra value added work to existing clients.
"The latter was delivered, however, while remaining acutely aware of the need to offer clients value for money as they work hard to control their cost bases."
Mr Cole said that Old Mill's performance was under-pinned by the business' unique integration of accountants, tax planners and Financial Planners.
He said: "Our service offers expert help and advice in accountancy, tax planning and Financial Planning which combined allows us to provide our clients meaningful help to both meeting their business and personal aspirations.
"Old Mill has always sought to share its success with staff and this year was no exception.
"In return for their hard work, staff received on average around 10% of their salary. In addition to these bonuses, Old Mill's strong performance will allow for continued investment in the business and in particular for further investment in staff training and development.
"Staff development has always has been very important to us as a business to ensure our staff are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to look after our clients and we are delighted that so many obtained professional qualifications over the last year with a number winning exam prizes in the process."
Mr Cole added: "As a young company with a talented and enthusiastic staff and a passion for looking after our clients we feel we can look very positively to the future and continue to grow on the back of providing outstanding service to our clients."
