Ascot Lloyd, a firm specialising in Financial Planning, has strengthened its board by appointing a former chief executive of Cofunds as a non-executive director.
Stuart Dyer has joined the firm from Close Brothers where he held the position of head of intermediary acquisitions.
He has also worked as chief operating officer at Fleming Save & Prosper Group, and is currently chairman of wealth management firm Soprano Consulting and non-executive director of RPlan, a company providing technology solutions to fund managers.
Mr Dyer has worked in the financial services industry for several decades and has a strong track record for leading companies through periods of exponential growth.
