A Financial Planning and advice firm has slipped into liquidation.
Consumer Wealth, a Gateshead-based adviser, went into liquidation, with the appointment of RSM as liquidator, on 14 January.
The firm has not yet been declared in default by FSCS, but a statement on the FCA website read: “Consumer Wealth Ltd has gone into Members’ Voluntary Liquidation.
“Any client who is considering submitting a claim, or has any concerns with the service or advice they received from Consumer Wealth Ltd, should contact the liquidator directly.”
The notice lists Leeds-based RSM’s James Miller and Gareth Harris as liquidators.
Consumer Wealth’s website displays a message saying it is “currently being redeveloped.”
