Fintech and adviser support firm Fintel has completed the acquisition of support services firm Threesixty from Abrdn for £14.6m, the firm announced today.
Fintel has acquired 100% of the shares for £14.6m in cash upfront.
Threesixty provides compliance and support services to 950 intermediary firms.
Threesixty joins a growing roster of businesses offering compliance and business support to intermediaries acquired in recent times by SimplyBiz, including Compliance First and SIFA.
Fintel has also acquired many other businesses including fintech Defaqto, VouchedFor, Competent Adviser, AKG, MICAP, Owen James, ifaDASH and Synaptic.
Fintel says the deal will help expand its Intermediary Services division.
