Mr Glover joins from HSBC where he was global head of Financial Planning for 10 years until April 2024.
Former roles include head of global insurance proposition at Barclays Wealth, director at UBS Wealth Management, head of institutional business at Hansard Global, and seven years as a relationship manager at Skandia.
