Discretionary fund manager Hymans Robertson Investment Services (HRIS) has launched a marketing content sharing platform for financial advisers.
HRIS’s Content Streams allows advisers to access, create, approve, share and track content across their marketing channels.
The platform provides pre-approved content with options to co-brand, as well as tracking an analysing content, allowing advisers to gain insight on what their clients are engaging with.
The platform was designed in partnership with The Outsourced Marketing Department.
Kate Rainbow, head of key accounts at Hymans Robertson Investment Services, said they launched the platform in response to demand from clients to strengthen their client communications.
She said: “We’ve heard frequently from many of our clients that there’s real appetite to strengthen communications, particularly through more personalised, frequent and targeted marketing content that’s genuinely more engaging.
“The challenge many firms face is delivering this level of high quality, segmented communication efficiently. That’s exactly where our partnership with TOMD and access to the Content Streams platform comes in. It enables firms to share consistent, professional content at scale, without adding to their operational burden – the kind of strategy they’ve been telling us they want to adopt.”
HRIS added that marketing is ‘a way for advisers to cement the value they’re already delivering to their clients and evidence how they’re complying with Consumer Duty’, as well as winning new clients.
