IFP Conference 2014: final places up for grabs
Places are still available at the IFP Annual Conference 2014 in October but delegates have been warned to book soon to ensure they get into the sessions they wish to attend.
The biggest Financial Planning event in the UK is coming up in just over a month, with about 700 people expected at Celtic Manor Resort near Newport, South Wales. The three day conference runs from 6 to 8 October.
In a message to those considering attending but who haven't booked yet, Katherine Morgans, IFP Events & Membership Director, said: "Places are still available but if you're considering booking you're advised to do so soon to make sure you get into the sessions you want to attend.
"Whether you come for the day or the duration, you'll get an excellent return on the investment of your time, the value of which can be measured in increased knowledge, new collaborations and renewed motivation."

On Monday 6 October, the first day of the conference, a member day pass costs only £88.68. Doug Carter's session on 'clients forever' takes place this day, with details on building completely satisfied clients by strengthening trust and loyalty. There are also a number of optional sessions and time to network with peers and exhibitors over lunch.
On Tuesday 7 October, a day pass is £205.08. Various optional sessions are taking place this day and also major keynotes from Dr James Rouse on the neurobiology of high performance and Royston Guest on raising the bar for business and professionals.
On Wednesday 8 October, a day pass is £121.94. The line up includes technical updates on IHT and pensions in 2015 plus top tips for negotiating from a trained hostage negotiator – an unusual take on a business challenge. To attend the full three days of the conference a day and dinner package can be purchased for £350.
Ms Morgans said: "The buzz at the event and the feedback are what makes my job so worthwhile. It's great to see so many delegates, old and new, getting so much benefit from the conference.
"With over 98% of delegates saying they would recommend the conference to others, and 91% confirming that the event met or exceeded expectations, its confirmation that we are doing it right. With packages to suit all budgets we'd really love to see as many IFP members as possible this year take advantage of the huge range of training and networking opportunities."
Accommodation at the main conference hotel is sold out but there is a short waiting list for getting a room as they become available and alternative good quality accommodation is also available nearby. Alternatively, delegates can visit for the day or several days. Email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to go on the waiting list.
