Mark Rantall CFP, chief executive of the FPA, said: "The meeting came at a significant time for Financial Planning in Australia as we
work towards the enshrinement of the term "Financial Planner" in law. Many FPSB members are also seeing shifting macro- economic and regulatory environments, so we had much to discuss as we look to grow the number of CFP professionals globally."
Steve Gazzard said: "Sydney is a long way to go but the value of getting together with the global Financial Planning community cannot be overestimated. These are exciting times for Financial Planning and working together with other affiliates really helps us to develop the highest standards and grow the profession right across the globe."
