While the IFP Conference is well known for providing challenging yet relevant sessions as well as unrivalled networking opportunities, it's also the time when the Financial Planning profession can reward those who have achieved particular success through winning awards.
At conference 2013, formal awards were made to Paradigm Norton and KMD Private Wealth Management, which stood out for representing excellence, as was the case for Gemma Siddle, the Paraplanner of the Year. Awards which reflect the valuable work of volunteers were also well applauded, with Gini Bolton CFPCM winning the branch
chair of the year award and Damien Rylett as the IFP's very own good egg for all the selfless work he's done for the organisation over the past year.

Steve Gazzard CFPCM, IFP chief executive, said: "On behalf of everyone at the IFP, I congratulate not only all our award winners this year, but also all the runners up too. The calibre of entries has been incredibly high, which just goes to show the very high standard of service that these individuals and firms are delivering for their clients. All deserve our praise and make the IFP proud to represent such a fantastic group of professionals."
