A jargon busting pension industry expert will give finance professionals tips on plain speaking and good communication as one of the keynote speakers at an upcoming conference.
Steve Bee, chief executive of jargonfree, is among the guests who will give talks at the Nucleus annual strategy event at the Forest of Arden next week.
He will focus on better communication, which avoids impenetrable terms, and acronyms that ultimately alienate the customer.

Jon Hocking from Morgan Stanley will also be sharing some insights into the market and the valuation of wealth management businesses.
Other speakers include Tony Wickenden, joint managing director at Technical Connection, Colin Lawson, senior managing partner at Equilibrium and Lucian Camp of Lucian Camp Consulting.
Barry Neilson, Nucleus business development director, said: "With new adviser due diligence obligations taking effect from on 6 April, it's more important than ever that advisers know where their business partners are heading."
The event, the seventh that wrap specialist Nucleus has run, will be held on 27 February and has been trailed as the biggest to date.
