Lumin ready for more takeovers after London planner buy
St Albans-based Lumin Wealth Management has bought London Financial Planner Everett MacLeod for an undisclosed sum.
Lumin is seeking further takeovers in 2020 after the deal, its second acquisition.
Everett MacLeod is run by managing director and Lifestyle Financial Planner Mike MacLeod CFP FCSI who has appeared on TV and radio talking about Financial Planning. He will stay with the business and continue to look after clients.
Everett MacLeod describes itself as a boutique Financial Planning consultancy established in London in 1997.
Mr MacLeod, a Chartered Wealth Manager, has trained in Values-Based Financial Planning in San Diego, California over a number of years.
