Mr Smith said: "Mark is one of the smartest people I've met in the wrap platform industry, and I am delighted to have the chance to work with him. His extensive knowledge will be invaluable and will enhance our commitment to meeting the needs of advisers."
Mr Links said: "I am looking forward to working with Andy and the team at Elevate. With recent changes to rules, Elevate is well placed to be one of a small number of platforms who stand to become the natural choice for advisers going forward. This, coupled with their service ethos, rich functionality and long term commitment to the wrap market stand them out from the crowd."
